About
Two health professional women got together one day and realized how important taking care of ourselves is, and how absent it was in their lives; so they decided to made a day out of it!
As women, we are so used to taking care of everyone else, we seldom have or make time for ourselves. Our own health is vital to continuing to live and thrive as the best "ME" that we can be. This 5 1/2 hour day will give you a taste of all aspects of self care, and allow you to "treat" yourself to better health and wellness.

About Jessica Ganzer:
Jessica has had a passion for health and nutrition since a young age. Her grandmother passed away from diabetes complications, and that sparked an interest in how food can affect health and well being. She went to school at Eastern Michigan University, where she studied nutrition and also started her career in the fitness field as a group exercise instructor.
Jessica finds that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, and has recently been looking to learn more about "clean" living and reducing chemical exposure to our skin. This is how she became an Independent Consultant for Beautycounter, who's mission is to get SAFE products into the hands of EVERYONE. She has worked as a dietitian in hospitals, health clubs, and for corporations to promote wellness, and has found her passion counseling people one-on-one.
Making small changes can lead to big results. Jessica has worked with a wide variety of clientele, from new moms to retired professional to triathletes and everyone in between. Her motto is that there is no such thing as a “bad” food – its just how much and how often we each certain things that really makes the difference.
She is certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration in Adult Weight Management. Her passion for nutrition expands on to the kitchen where she enjoys teaching clients how to cook easy, healthy and delicious meals.
